Lalia + Cate = LATE

Founded in 2020 by two 12-yr-old best friends from Los Angeles, creating loungewear that goes from the beach to the skate parks for tweens, teens and young adults.

Based in the heart of Los Angeles this brand is an amalgam of coziness and comfort, where inclusivity is the essence. From a simple ideology to a conscious decision, LATE Clothing is built on love, emotion, and a significant recovery.

LATE is a symbol of hope and 2nd chances with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles Rehabilitation Center.

Our New Collaboration

This collaboration celebrates LATE Clothing’s 1-year anniversary!

On October 2020 Lalia sustained a severe head injury that ended in a stroke, left side paralysis and brain damage. Cate stood by her side during her miraculous recovery at CHLA. Staying connected and getting creative during this process, the 2 decided to start re-purposing some of Cates dads’ old styles
& created their label, LATE.

What started off as a project for two little girls, gave Lalia a reason to fight for her life. This project turned into one year of moving forward and giving back.

In their 1st year engaging with the CHLA community, they’ve done collabs with fellow patients and patient families to raise funds that directly benefit the Division of Rehabilitation Medicine at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

The two have welcomed incoming patients with goodie baskets, provided complimentary adaptive clothing to patients in need AND most importantly have shown that inclusion is something that we must all stand up for in life.

All proceeds from this collab will support the Rehabilitation Center at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
