This superhero is halfway through 3 years of treatment for leukemia. Not only is he beating the odds, but he's doing it with a contagious smile that lights up the hallways of Childrens Hospital Los Angeles. A normal healthy person has 10-15,000 white blood cells, Wyatt had 392,000 at diagnosis. It was beyond off the charts, and he had a huge mass on his lungs plus a significant amount of fluid surrounding his heart. His chance of survival was very small, yet he did it! While undergoing treatment he has completed another year of school, started playing music and just being an all-around cool kid! He doesn't realize it now, but he has inspired so many people including us. Days are just better when you run into Wyatt at the hospital.
